Club owner and chairman David Tompkins said he was proud to have been involved in a club with such a positive record for so many years.
“It’s going to be a great thing to celebrate that we’ve been around for the last five or six years,” Mr Tompkin said.
“We’re very happy to be in that position.”
“We really believe in the way we do things and that’s something that’s really important to us.”
The club has always been about making sure that we support the community and the food and the environment that we’re trying to create.
“The club’s future is uncertain, with club president David Tommasini saying it was too early to speculate on its future.”
Our future is pretty uncertain and I don’t think we’ll be coming back to Melbourne,” Mr Mantonini said.
Club chairman David Mantonina says the club is in limbo after the club’s 2016 season was unsuccessful.
